Our website, https://patternsbypatsy.com/ (the “Service”), offers crochet enthusiasts the opportunity to browse and purchase our unique crochet patterns (referred to throughout these Terms as “Crochet Pattern(s)”). The Service also includes access to our newsletter, free resources, blog content, and crochet tutorials.
While we provide digital Crochet Patterns and resources, the following services are not offered:
- Finished crochet amigurumi for purchase.
- Custom crochet patterns or designs based on individual requests.
- Translation of crochet patterns into US Terms or other languages.
- Physical supplies for crochet projects, such as yarn or hooks.
- Personalized crochet coaching, lessons, or repair services.

By using our website or engaging with our offerings, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information, and our Website Disclaimer.
We aim to make our Terms easy to understand and encourage you to review these Terms periodically, as they may be updated to improve your experience and better serve our community.
By using our Service, you may receive two types of emails:
- Transactional Emails: These emails are sent automatically when you purchase one of our Crochet Patterns. They include order confirmations, download links, and important updates related to your Account and/or purchases. These communications are necessary for providing the Service and cannot be opted out of.
- Promotional Emails: You will only receive these emails if you sign up for our newsletter. Promotional emails include product releases, special offers, and crochet tips to inspire your creativity. Making a purchase does not automatically enroll you, and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in the email or contacting us at [email protected].
If you wish to purchase any Crochet Patterns through the Service, you will be required to create an Account by providing Personal Data and Transaction Data, as defined in our Privacy Policy section 3. Information Collection & Use. When you make a purchase, you confirm that:
- The information you provide to create an Account and make a purchase is accurate, complete, and correct.
- The Personal Data and Transaction Data, as defined in our Privacy Policy section 2. Definitions, belongs to you.
- You have permission to complete the purchase using someone else’s Personal Data and Transaction Data.
We rely on trusted third-party providers, such as SureCart and Stripe (“Service Providers”), to handle all payment transactions securely. If your payment cannot be processed, you will see an error message, and the transaction will not continue. Follow the instructions in the message to complete the transaction.
Since our Crochet Patterns are digital files, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after purchase. All sales are final. Upon completing your purchase, you will have immediate access to the Crochet Pattern(s) through your Customer Dashboard. All Crochet Patterns include detailed images to visually guide you through the process of crocheting the design and provide additional assistance via video tutorial links.

Occasionally, we may host contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) related to our Crochet Patterns. Please review the rules for each Promotion as they may include additional terms. In case of a conflict between these Terms and the Promotion-specific rules, the latter will apply.
We may also invite select individuals to participate as pattern testers for new crochet designs. Pattern testing is voluntary and may require agreeing to specific terms, such as non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements, which will be provided when you’re invited or sign up.
Patterns by Patsy provides Crochet Patterns, tutorials, images, videos, and related Content, as defined in our Privacy Policy section 2. Definitions, (including Content provided in newsletters) to help you create your own beautiful projects. By accessing or using our Content, you agree to respect the following terms:
All Crochet Patterns, tutorials, newsletters, and other Content provided on this website, including any Content shared in our newsletters (such as text, images, and videos), are the exclusive property of Patterns by Patsy and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may create and gift items using our Crochet Patterns, but you may not resell, reproduce, distribute, or modify our Content and/or Crochet Patterns—whether from the website, newsletters, or any other communication channels—without explicit written permission from us.
You must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others while using our Content.
You may only use our Crochet Patterns, tutorials, newsletters, and associated materials as intended—for personal, non-commercial crochet projects. You may not:

- Compete with our business in a way that replicates or mimics our Crochet Patterns or newsletter Content for commercial gain.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so. These Terms are governed by United States – Texas law.
